BSF Constable Recruitment – 2023
India’s border guarding organization, the Border Security Force, has announced job vacancies for 1284 Constable (Tradesman) positions to be filled for the financial year 2023-24. Both male and female candidates who have completed their 10th standard and are seeking employment opportunities can submit their applications for the BSF Constable Recruitment 2023 online through the official website www.bsf.nic.in or via the link provided in the article. The registration link to apply online will be accessible until 27th March 2023.
Notification
On 27th February 2023, the Border Security Force (BSF), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India released the BSF Constable Tradesman Notification 2023. The notification invites eligible candidates to apply for 1284 Constable Tradesman vacancies for the year 2023. Important Dates
Last date for receipt of Application: 27.03.2023
Age Limit
Between 18 to 25 years as on last date of online application. Relaxation in
respect of the candidates for SC/ ST/ OBC and other special categories
of personnel in accordance with the instructions issued by Central Govt.
from time to time.
Qualification
(1) For trades of Constable(Cobbler), Constable(Tailor), Constable(Washerman), Constable(Barber) and Constable(Sweeper) :
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board;
- Must be proficient in respective trade;
- Must qualify trade test in the respective trade conducted by recruitment board.
(2) For the trades of Constable(Cook), Constable(Water Carrier) and Constable(Waiter) :
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board;
- (b) National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF) level-I Course in food production or Kitchen from National Skill Development Corporation or from the Institutes recognized by National Skill Development Corporation.
Note:-
(i) Multi-skilled candidates will be given preference.
(ii) Educational certificate other than State Board/Central Board should be accompanied with Government of India notifications declaring that such qualification is equivalent to Matric /10th class pass for service under Central Government.
Application Fee
(a) Candidates belonging to Un-reserved(UR), EWS category or OBC category applying for recruitment to the posts shall have to deposit Rs. 100/- (One Hundred) only as examination fee plus Rs.47.20 service charges levied by Common Service Centre (CSC) through following payment mode :-
- Net banking of any Bank.
- Credit/Debit Card of any Bank.
- Nearest authorized Common Service Centre.
(b) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste,
Scheduled Tribes, BSF serving personnel and Ex-Servicemen are
exempted from payment of examination fee.
(c) Payment of examination fee will be accepted only through online mode.
(d) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
(e) In case of non-receipt of examination fee from the candidates of
non-exempted categories, their form will not be accepted.
