The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TSSPDCL) with Head quarters at Hyderabad is carrying out electricity distribution business as part of the unbundling of erstwhile A.P.S.E.B & Re-organization of the state of Andhra Pradesh and formation of the state of Telangana and is catering the electricity requirements of 15 districts in Telangana State Viz:- Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Jogulamba-Gadwal, Narayanpet, Nalgonda, Bhongir-Yadadri, Suryapet, Medak, Siddipet, Sangareddy, Vikarabad, Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri
and Hyderabad Districts.
About TSSPDCL
The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TSSPDCL) is a state-owned power distribution company responsible for the distribution of electricity to the southern region of Telangana, India. The company was established in 2014 after the formation of the state of Telangana.
TSSPDCL is responsible for the distribution of electricity to over 9 million consumers across 17 districts in the southern region of Telangana. The company owns and operates a vast network of power distribution infrastructure, including substations, transformers, and power lines, to ensure the uninterrupted supply of electricity to its consumers.

Qualification
For Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
BE/B. Tech in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University/Institution
For Junior Lineman
SSLC/SSC/10th Pass with ITI Certificate in
Electrical / Wireman Trade or 2 years Intermediate Vocational Course in Electrical Trade.

Age Limit
- Assistant Engineer (Electrical): 18 years to 44 years
- Junior Lineman: 18 years to 35 years
