We collect account credentials (stored as password hashes), profile fields you choose to save, saved jobs, chat messages, and application progress.
When you use the AI career assistant while signed in, your chat messages are stored on our servers to restore recent conversation history. Only message text and a small recent history window are sent to Google Gemini. We do not send your email, phone number, or full profile to Gemini.
Job titles may be sent to an unofficial Google Translate endpoint when you choose Hindi translation. Share links disclose only the job title and URL after you click share. Web scraping for job imports sends only a standard User-Agent header.
We use your data to operate your account, personalize job features, and provide the AI assistant. We do not sell personal data.
You can permanently delete your account from Profile → Security. Deletion requires your current password and removes your profile, chat history, applications, saved jobs, and active sessions.
Sessions use HttpOnly cookies with hashed server-side tokens. Passwords are stored using scrypt hashing only.
