15 Interview questions to be prepared for any interview
Interviews can be most daunting part of one’s career if he/she don’t do his home work well. There are some generic questions that must be prepared prior to any interview to enhance the confidence levels.

This is a very basic question and asked by all the interviewers to the candidate to test the level of confidence and communication. Hence, simply start with the education part and never state your name because it’s already mentioned in the CV. Proceed with the educational background and then say about the achievements. This question needs to be answered in a very effective manner so as to bring forth the learning. Hence state clearly what was the motive and tell why you choose keeping in focus the advantage of the subject or stream.
What changes you have witnessed by opting this particular stream?
This is to be answered clearly stating the changes in terms of subject matter and also the skills that are possessed by dint of this stream.
Which is your favorite subject?
This is a question on which many questions can be based. Hence say about the subject you are confident and well versed. This will enable you to answer all the questions effectively.
Where do you see yourself 5 years down the line?
This evaluates the candidate prediction about the future. The answer must be based according to the organization’s theme. It should never be said that one wants to be a manager or CEO. Such answers are vague and a mistake. The candidate must say that he/she would like to grow with the growth of the company.
Will you leave the organization for your higher studies?
This is a tricky question and therefore the candidate must say it in an appropriate manner. If the candidate is really determined for higher studies then only he must say yes else simply say that he/she will be devoted to the organization.

The candidate must know the strength and weakness and must clearly state it. Questions are also based on the strength and weakness part. Therefore, a candidate must know it properly.

Be prepared about the organization, search the company website and know a little introduction which can help to crack the interview.
How can you contribute to the organization?
In this question answer must be provided simply relating to the growth of the company. This indicates a positive approach of the candidate.
What is your favorite past time activity?
This is a simple question and must be answered depending on what you do like listening to music, writing, reading books etc.
What do you know about the scenario of the country?
Know about the country’s scenario like inflation rate, GDP etc. These are the basic questions and are asked from a candidate of any stream.

Well this answer depends on the reasons that you have as a support.

Know the political news because it tests the awareness of the candidate and is vital for the cracking of an interview.

The major reason of joining the organization must be stated. The candidate must never speak of the salary part for joining the organization.
